1. Deposit (50%)

• A 50% deposit is required for every order and will be charged to your default credit card within three (3) days of order placement.

• For more information, please refer to our Loyalty Program.

• Orders without deposit payment within 3 days will be automatically canceled without further notice.

2. Balance Payment (50%)

• The remaining 50% balance will be charged per item when that item is ready to ship.

• Items will only be shipped once full payment has been received.

3. Late Payment & Delinquency

• If the balance payment or recurring payment is not completed within 10 days of the due date, a $15 late fee (non-refundable) will apply for each delayed day.

• After 30 days, the order will be canceled, and the initial 50% deposit will be forfeited.

Delinquent Accounts:
If your account becomes delinquent, all associated costs—including collection agency fees, attorney fees, court fees, administrative fees, and travel costs—will be added to the unpaid balance, along with a 1.5% monthly interest starting from the first day of delinquency.

4. Payment Methods

• All payments will be processed through your authorized default credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express).

To protect your personal data, Premium Bridal cannot update or manage your card details. If your card information changes, please update your card here.

5. Tariff Policy

Premium Bridal does not collect tariffs or import duties.

• Tariffs are collected by the shipping carrier, either upon delivery or after delivery, depending on the destination country and local customs regulations.

• Because tariff policies vary and change frequently, we cannot provide exact figures.

• As of now, the estimated tariff rate is approximately 15% of the partner price — this is a rough guideline and subject to change.

We recommend checking with your local customs office or shipping carrier for current tariff information in your region.
