Service availability is based on the demand of the production capacity. We only accept orders once they have been confirmed by the factory.

Please note that all confirmed dates refer to shipping dates (not delivery dates). Any shipping or customs clearance delays caused by the carrier are not covered under our compensation policy. Normally, the package takes approximately 3–5 days for delivery after shipping. If there are customs clearance delays, it may take 7–10 days. It is advisable to allow for a buffer of at least ONE MONTH from the shipping date to the actual wedding day. This allows for any unforeseen delays or issues that may arise during the shipping and delivery process. 

In the event that the actual shipping date exceeds the promised shipping date (excluding orders with delayed payment), we will refund the full Rush Fee in the form of a VOUCHER credited to your portal account.

We accept order cancellations within 3 days after the order is placed and provide a refund. However, the refund will be minus a $50 processing fee and refunded in the form of a VOUCHER credited to your portal account.
