PROGRAM FEE

 Capsule (10 gowns total):$1000 / $1500 / $2150
 Additional rental fees apply if you wish to include more mid-tier styles or premium style.
Original rental fee per dress – CORE ($110), MID-TIER ($185), PREMIUM ($285)

SECURITY DEPOSIT

$2500 fully refundable deposit held during the rental period. Refunded after gowns are returned and inspected.

FLAT LOGISTICS FEE SHIPPING + INSURANCE

Flat Logistics Fee per box — $450 (Shipping + Insurance)
Each capsule ships in 1 large box (36″ x 24″ x 24″)
Shipping + insurance are the boutique’s responsibility and invoiced before shipment.

EXTENSION POLICY

Each style can only be extended once (to keep things fair for other boutiques). separate shipping fee may apply.
To extend, you must place a sample order for the style you wish to keep longer.

Rental Duration

Each capsule follows a fixed 45-day rental cycle, starting from the ship-out date (1st or 15th of each month).
Boutiques must return-ship by Day 37, giving us a 8-day buffer for returns, inspection, and preparing the next rotation.
Return labels are provided, and all shipments are tracked.

Late Return Policy

$100/day penalty will be charged for each day gowns are shipped after the Day 37 deadline.
If gowns are not shipped back within 3 days of the deadline, the boutique may be charged the full retail value of each unreturned gown.
