We know that unhealthy business practices enforced on small retailers only harm the whole bridal wear industry. We want to change these practices and make the sector work better. Don’t let the minimum kill your business, and the seasonal purchases overwhelm your sample stock.

Welcome to our innovative Partner Program, by which you are leaving your worries of overstock and cash flow behind the bar. Running a business should not be alone. It should be cared for and supported, not even a piece of worry. We want you to sit back and enjoy your wedding gown business. Spending a few minutes to read our simple and relaxing program below, you will find how we care for your success.

PARTNER REQUIREMENTS

Premium Bridal is open to all retailers who hold a valid resale certificate and operate as a legally registered brick-and-mortar business. To meet compliance requirements, each partner must provide a scanned copy of their resale permit issued by the appropriate authority.

 

WEB COMMERCE

Premium Bridal does not offer drop-shipping services. Any retailer found reselling through unauthorized third-party channels will be subject to immediate termination of the partnership agreement. Premium Bridal shall not be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from such termination.

No Seasonal Minimums
We’ve removed the pressure of overstocking. Once approved as a reseller partner, only a small MOQ of 10 gowns is required for your first order to establish a strong representation of your private label line with us. After that, there are no seasonal purchase requirements.

To maintain full partnership perks — including modifications, dress loans, and access to exclusive programs — we simply ask for a minimum of 6 dresses per year as a membership renewal. This way, you’ll never be forced to order samples you don’t need. You can replenish or add new samples at any time, in any quantity that fits your business.

No Restrictions on Sample Orders
You have complete freedom in building your collection. We place no limits on the number of sample styles, sizes, or quantities you choose — every order is tailored to your boutique’s needs.

General Policy

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and volume of each wedding dress, which may vary by style.

  • Shipping benefits currently apply only to U.S., U.K., and Northern Ireland addresses (Excludes Duty and VAT).

  • Fees reflect the current freight market and may fluctuate due to factors such as fuel costs, global events, or pandemics. Premium Bridal reserves the right to adjust shipping fees as needed.

  • Customs duties (tariff) will be collected directly from the importer by the carrier.

 

U.S. / U.K. / Northern Ireland

  • Shipping fees vary depending on the size and weight of the gown.

  • Partners may qualify for shipping discounts or free shipping benefits depending on their partnership tier. (Excludes Duty and VAT.)

  • Customs duties (tariff) will be collected directly from the importer by the carrier.

 

International

  • For all other countries, shipping fees, customs duties, and VAT are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Shipping fees will be estimated and added to your order after confirmation.

Most Premium Bridal gowns are manufactured in China, Vietnam, or Myanmar. Tariff rates for wedding dress imports into the U.S. vary by country of origin — currently estimated at China: 53.5%, Vietnam: ~36%, and Myanmar: ~56% of import value (rates subject to change; please verify current rates).

Because tariff regulations are constantly changing, Premium Bridal does not pre-collect tariffs on your behalf. Once your shipment is delivered, FedEx will issue a separate tariff invoice by mail, which can be paid directly online.

In practice, with our declared values, most partners find their effective tariff cost falls between 15% – 20% of the wholesale order value.

To better support your planning, an estimated delivery date is provided for each item on its product page.

Please note that this date is an estimate only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as material shortages, production line congestion, weather conditions, or transportation delays.

Partners should acknowledge that delivery times are subject to change and may be updated at any point prior to an order being placed.

Service availability is based on the demand of the production capacity. We only accept orders once they have been confirmed by the manufacturer team.

  • Shipping within 16-18 weeks – US$50 Rush Fee for regular dress / US$75 Rush Fee for modified dress

  • Shipping within 14-16 weeks – US$100 Rush Fee for regular dress / US$125 Rush Fee for modified dress

  • Less than 14 weeks – US$150 Rush Fee for regular dress / US$175 Rush Fee for modified dress

  • The rush fee for all accessories and materials is US$20.

The estimated delivery date provided is the expected shipping date. It is advisable to allow for a buffer of at least ONE MONTH from the shipping date to the actual wedding day. This allows for any unforeseen delays or issues that may arise during the shipping and delivery process.

  • In the event of a shipment exceeding the estimated delivery date, we will refund the Rush Fee in the form of a VOUCHER credited to your portal account.

  • We accept order cancellations within 7 days after the order is placed and provide a full refund. However, the full payment will be refunded in the form of a VOUCHER credited to your portal account.

  • Any ready-to-ship items require full payment at the time of order placement.
  • A 50% deposit is required for all made-to-order and not ready-to-ship items at the time of order placement.

  • The remaining balance will be charged once the order is ready and prior to shipment.

  • Orders will not be released for shipping until full payment has been received.

Payment Method Policy

  • All payments must be made using the authorized credit card on file (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express).

  • Orders will be shipped to the shipping address on the “My Profile Page” under My Account. If you would like the orders shipped to a different address, please ensure to update your profile page. 

 

Recurring Payments & Card Updates

  • Your default credit card will be securely stored on file and used for all recurring future charges.

  • For security reasons, Premium Bridal cannot update or modify your credit card information on your behalf. If your card details change, please log in to your account and update the information directly.

  • Premium Bridal is not responsible for issues arising from outdated or incorrect credit card information.

We appreciate your cooperation in keeping your payment information current to ensure smooth and timely processing of your orders.

  • Vouchers may be applied at the time of placing an order.

  • Vouchers cannot be used toward additional charges such as shipping fees, service fees, or other special costs.

  • Multiple vouchers may be stacked on a single order without affecting or reducing the shipping fee.

  • Each voucher has an expiration date and will be automatically removed from your account once expired.

Territory Protection by Style
Territory protection applies on a style-by-style basis. When you secure a gown, that specific style is protected for your boutique within your radius, ensuring exclusivity for your store and your brides.

Territory Protection Radius
Each partner boutique is granted a 40-mile protection radius based on the store address provided in your portal. Our system automatically detects whether a style is available or already protected within your territory.

Eligible Styles
All styles listed on our product page are eligible for territory protection, except for “Evergreen Best Sellers,” which remain open to all partners due to their consistently high demand.

First-Come, First-Served
Territory protection is granted on a first-come, first-served basis. To maintain protection, a reorder for the style must be placed within 365 days. If no reorder is placed, the style will be released and made available to other partners in your area.

All photos and videos produced by Premium Bridal are part of our brand assets. Partners may request access to product images or videos after placing an order for the corresponding style.

We place no restrictions on the use of these materials — you are welcome to use them freely to promote your business. Please note, however, that for private label orders, the same photos and videos may also be used by other boutiques carrying those styles.

All Premium Bridal products carry a minimum suggested retail price (SRP) of 2.5 times the wholesale price. This ratio is provided as a baseline and may be adjusted depending on market conditions, living expenses, and other cost factors. Please note that SRP is subject to change in response to market risk and volatility.

Retailer partners may set prices above the SRP at their discretion. However, under no circumstances may products be sold below the SRP, except when purchased sample dresses are sold at a discounted price strictly for clearance purposes.
