1. Cancellation Policy
Standard Items
A standard item refers to any dress or accessory without custom modifications or special requests.
Orders canceled within 7 calendar days (including weekends) of confirmation are eligible for a voucher refund, minus a $50 processing fee.
After 7 days, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Modified or Rush Orders
Includes any order with modifications, rush production, or special instructions.
Cancellations are allowed within 3 calendar days of order submission. A voucher refund will be issued after deducting a $50 processing fee.
After 3 days, cancellations are not accepted, and deposits are non-refundable. Items will also be non-exchangeable.
2. Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for delivery delays or package loss caused by events beyond our control (e.g. weather, strikes, customs, carrier issues). However, we will assist you with the process.
If your package is lost:
Contact us right away. We will file a claim with the carrier.
Once the loss is confirmed, we will send you a replacement.
If your package is damaged:
Report the issue to the carrier upon delivery and take clear photos of the damage.
Email us immediately with the photos and any documentation (e.g. delivery driver’s report).
We’ll file a claim on your behalf. Once approved, we can offer a replacement, account credit, or refund, based on your preference.
3. Returns (Manufacturing Defects Only)
We stand by the quality of our gowns. If you believe you’ve received a product with a manufacturing defect:
Email us within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
Include:
Order number
Item number, color, and size
Photos showing the defect clearly
A detailed description
Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label. You must return the item within 5 days of receiving the label.
Return Conditions:
Items must be unused and in original condition (with labels, tags, and packaging).
Return packages must be securely packed and trackable — we are not responsible for lost returns.
Once inspected and verified as defective, we’ll issue a replacement or store credit.
Important:
Fraudulent claims or returns of worn items will be rejected.
A restocking fee of 50% of the item price or $150 (whichever is greater) will be applied if applicable.
